Tipsy Alchemist opened two years ago by the SBBC Hospitium hospitality group. The Alchemists sole purpose is to blow your mind with elevated cocktails through science, art & technique in a sexy, social lounge setting. The Tipsy Alchemist uses digital menus to create a modern and engaging guest. The space will be designed by Coeval Space Design and Concepts, with lounge seating, high-tops, and furniture. Instantly modify your menu while enticing guests with elite presentation. Special to the Austin location will be the patio featuring more beers and sharable drinks, plus a stage for concerts. There’s a dedicated menu of larger drinks served in Ketel One copper pots or swan bowls. Menu The Tipsy Alchemist (Austin) Cocktails Shareable Large Format Cocktails Bottle Service - Brut Champagne Bottle Service - Rose Champagne Bottle Service. The Austin iteration of Tipsy Alchemist will offer the same Dallas menu, formatted like the periodic table under the aim of “elements of flavor.” The Alchemist Margarita is made with a salt-chocolate tequila and candied mangoes the bright green Edison with frozen mint and lime and served in a lightbulb-shaped glass and then the Mad Hatter which is actually served via a pneumatic tube transportation system throughout the bar.
